Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists excel at assessments, customizing a treatment plan for your well-being. With a holistic approach, we tackle tension, pain, posture, flexibility, and strength. Each session starts with an assessment, includes manual therapy, corrective movements, and a personalized treatment plan. We also employ advanced techniques like dry needling, joint mobilizations, and more.

Registered Massage Therapy

Our RMTs are experts in hands-on therapy, including myofascial techniques. Sessions comprise assessment, manual therapy, some corrective movement, and a personalized plan. We prioritize movement improvement. Please bring/wear shorts and a sports bra/tank top for assessment and proactive engagement during your session.
